Can we pay by invoice?
Absolutely. If you prefer invoicing over card payments, simply contact us and we’ll get your account set up manually.
How does the pricing work?
We offer both monthly and annual subscription plans. Choosing an annual plan comes with a discounted rate. Please note that all listed prices are exclusive of VAT. Billing begins as soon as your license is activated. While invoice payments typically follow an annual schedule, feel free to reach out if you have specific billing requirements.
Can we cancel at any time?
If you are on a monthly or annual plan, you can cancel at the end your billing period. Then your subscription automatically renews. For accounts handled via invoice, please note that cancellations must be submitted at least 90 days before the start of the next license period.
What happens after we subscribe?
Once your subscription begins, you will receive a link to our admin Portal. From there, you can create accounts, invite team members, and set up your customized lists.
