Fewer cancellations & rebookings

Ask patients the necessary control questions needed to do the scan. For example, about pregnancy, reactions to contrast fluid, and metal in the body. Inform patients during the scan to ensure the quality of the images (and avoid having to redo the scan).

More efficient scans

Lack of time is not uncommon for radiology technologists. Instead of using body language, you can quickly and easily talk to the patient and perform the scan during the assigned period of time.

Better patient care

Prepare patients for discomfort in a language they understand. For example when it comes to pressure (mammography), the sensation of contrast fluid, cold ultrasound gel, or needles. In essence, provide better care.

"It is not only important for the patient to get their examination, but also for the entire region and other patients. If you miss a booked appointment, that time cannot be used to examine someone else."
Christian Lind, Radiology technologist and CEO, Soodia
