Faster and more stable loading of the language list as we add more languages to the app.

We’re happy to share that Estonian is now part of our verified phrase library! This means even clearer, safer communication for healthcare professionals working with Estonian-speaking patients. Check out the new language in the app and start translating today!

All Portal users now have access to an app user guide (together with the already available Portal user guide) in the Help section of the Portal. Download it and share it with people who will use the app in your organization.

We’ve recently expanded our phrase library with a new area on Pediatric: Thoracic surgery. This addition makes it easier than ever to communicate with care recipients using verified translations – ensuring clarity and compassion in every interaction. Click on the What's New bell icon in the app to explore all new phrases.

You will now be able to select dialects in Live Translate – making transcriptions and text-to-speech more accurate and natural. In a first stage we have introduced 16 Arabic dialects, selectable in the app after you have chosen Arabic as the language.

Organizations using Live Translate can now block machine translations when accuracy isn’t estimated to be high enough – ensuring safer, more reliable communication.

From the admin Portal, you decide the accuracy threshold at which translations should be blocked, giving you full control over your organization’s settings.

You can now use machine translation to translate non-verified languages directly in the phrase library – making the app more powerful and flexible than ever. By leveraging Live Translate, you can instantly translate any phrase in the library. Since all phrases are carefully created by our language team, you don’t have to worry about wording – just start translating right away.

The exclamation icon lets you know that a phrase in the phrase library is machine translated.

This feature can also be disabled for organizations that prefer to limit machine translation.

We’ve updated some terminology in the app and Portal to make them easier to use across different care settings, like elderly care. This change only affects the interface, not phrases or translations.

The admin Portal is now available in Swedish, English, Italian, Norwegian, French, German and... Danish 🎉 Just go to Settings and change to the language that best suits you.
