Is it safe to use for patient data?
Yes. We do not store any data (including audio, text, or translated text used in the feature) on our servers, databases, or logs, and the same is true for the translation services in use. Similarly, the translation services we use do not retain any data after processing. We do not share any translation data with third-party services.

Can staff use the app offline?
Yes. Offline mode can be adjusted in the settings of the app. It lets you download the entire phrase library, or your private or shared playlists, in the language of your choice to your device. This means the phrase library and the app's core functionality will still be fully functional in offline environments.
How does user setup and accounts work?
