The way to reach digital communication regardless of language
Recorded at the E-hälsa+MVTe 2024 at Kistamässan. Irene Lie (professor, Oslo University Hospital) and Maja Magnusson (CEO, Care to Translate) share their experiences with implementing a digital translation tool in the Norwegian health region Helse Sør-Øst. Special focus is on healthcare staff who meet patients who don't speak the same language, with preliminary results from a pilot research study in cardiac surgery.
