Insights from healthcare professionals and municipality staff from across Sweden
In January, we had the pleasure of exhibiting at E-Health + MVTe at Kistamässan in Stockholm, Sweden’s largest meeting place for e-health and welfare technology.

Over two busy days, we met healthcare professionals and municipality personnel from across the country, had countless meaningful conversations, ran live demos in our booth – and, of course, drank a lot of coffee.
One question sparked particularly thoughtful discussions.
To explore this further, we ran a small survey in our booth, asking visitors which phrases they felt would be most useful to communicate across languages. Their answers were strikingly simple — and surprisingly consistent:
We’ve seen very similar results at other fairs we’ve attended. Again and again, healthcare professionals tell us the same thing: meaningful communication doesn’t always start with complex medical terminology. Often, it’s the simple, human phrases that make the biggest difference in building trust and connection.

E-Health + MVTe was a strong reminder of why we do what we do. Language should never stand in the way of good care. We left the event inspired to continue building solutions that help radiology professionals communicate clearly, respectfully, and compassionately with every patient.
